NEW YORK--The International Association of Art Critics/USA recently presented its 1999-2000 Awards.
Each year, the U.S. Section of the association invites its nearly 400 members to vote for the best exhibitions and catalogs produced during that season. The 1999-2000 Winning Exhibitions and Catalogs included:
