BIRMINGHAM, England--Bel Air Publishing of Bournemouth, England, and Fazzino Germany of Hamburg, Germany, have signed an agreement to bring the art of 3-D pop artist Charles Fazzino to the United Kingdom's fine art market. The announcement follows the successful introduction of Fazzino's artwork at the Spring Fair in Birmingham in February.
Fazzino Germany is the exclusive German distributor for Fazzino's 3-D limited-edition silkscreen serigraphs and sells the artwork to more than 120 galleries throughout the country. "I am thrilled to have met and begun a relationship with one of the most reputable companies in England, and I know that we are going to work very well together," said Uwe Harder, president of Fazzino Germany. "Charles Fazzino can be proud to have them representing him in the U.K."
Bel Air Publishing is the U.K. distributor for American publishers Collectors Editions and Smart Publishing. It represents the work of David Schluss, Oleg, Sabzi, Leonard Wren, Joanny and Brian Davis. Bel Air Publishing is the fine art division of Wilec Ltd., a company that has been distributing since 1905. Managing Director Tony Wynbourne said, "We are excited about the prospects of adding the tremendous work of such a star as Charles Fazzino to our portfolio."
