iPHOTOART, American Royal Arts Sign Representation and Distribution Agreement

Art Business News, April, 2001

NYACK, N.Y.--iPHOTOART Inc., a photographic print publishing and distribution company, has signed an agreement with American Royal Arts to represent and distribute images for the first time from the Bernard of Hollywood estate, including Marilyn Monroe images made commercially available by the company as

exhibition quality prints. American Royal Arts has also agreed to begin the integration of iPHOTOART product line into its customer base.

Bruno Bernard, trademarked as Bernard of Hollywood, was considered by many to be the most sought-after photographer of Hollywood's Golden Era. He was the first still photographer to be honored by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in 1984 with a 50-year retrospective of his work. His extensive archives cover portraits and candids of many international stars, personalities and pinup icons.

In other news, iPHOTOART is presently working with Polo/Ralph Lauren to provide prints for its shops and showrooms worldwide.

iPHOTOART has also launched a business-to-business Web site (www.iphotoart.com) exclusive to the trade that gives trade clientele the ability to search and order prints from the extensive database of images included in all collections and archives.

iPHOTOART's archives total more than 60 million images, and according to company officials, most of the images have never been made available on a commercial basis before.
