Larson-Juhl helps plant more than 300,000 trees worldwide

Art Business News, April, 2008

ATLANTA -- Since 1991, support from Larson-Juhl has funded the planting of more than 300,000 trees in Global ReLeaf ecosystem restoration projects within the United States and around the world. The 2007 donation raises the total number of trees planted on behalf of Larson-Juhl to 300,500.

For the past 16 years, Larson-Juhl has been a proud partner of the Global ReLeaf initiative, which aims to plant trees and make a difference around the world. By the end of 2007, Larson-Juhl made the planting of 300,500 trees possible from the United States to Ecuador and from Indonesia to Cambodia.

The Larson-Juhl Global ReLeaf program stems from its parent organization, American Forests, and was put in place to educate people and take action to improve the global environment. By the end of 2006, American Forests had planted more than 25 million trees with the help of 500 projects like the Larson-Juhl Global ReLeaf program.
