Wild Apple Redesigns Web Site

Art Business News, May, 2001

WOODSTOCK, Vt.--Art Publisher and licensing company Wild Apple has launched the company's newly redesigned Web site (www.wildapple.com). According to company officials, one year after its first Internet presence, the new site has an entirely new look and feel.

The site updates the company catalog of 850 images by more than 75 artists. Some of the new features include in-studio artist interviews and home decor trend information. A section entitled "Decorate with Art" suggest wall decor to complement seven current decorating styles. And potential artists can walk through a step-by-step pictorial on the art submission process at Wild Apple.

"Building on previous efforts, this Web site is faster to download and better organized," said John Chester, Wild Apple's co-c.e.o. "It customizes the information depending on who you are--customer, artist or member of the press. It is a significant step forward, and we look to being able to take business-to-business orders in the future.

In keeping with the spirit of the company, the Web site continues to present entertaining information about the company and its employees.
