* The online company eAuctionMaster has chosen Los Angeles for the site of its first retail location. The company uses eBay auctions to sell items for private parties, retail businesses and manufacturers looking to liquidate antiques, collectibles, electronics, overstocked or discontinued items.
It manages the selling, bidding and shipping process for its vendors; takes digital photographs of those items; and writes descriptions of them. It also stores items and handles shipping and payment.
