More than 500 people showed up for the grand opening of Corrigan Gallery, which featured the first solo show for Beverly Derrick in the city of her birth. Derrick, wife of retired Congressman Butler Derrick (D-SC) paints figuratives and landscapes. Shown with Beverly Derrick, are two more of the gallery's regularly featured artists, John Moore, photographer and Karin Olah, abstract expressionist.
