SHERMAN OAKS, Calif. -- Artist Susan Rios has formed a new publishing and distribution company called Susan Rios Inc. The new headquarters include corporate offices, conference facilities, Internet support and a viewing area. The company team is made of up Rios and Los Angeles businessmen Gregory Johnson and Michael Snow.

The company's initial product line offers hand-embellished giclee prints available in editions of 185 with 25 APs. In addition, three collectible open-edition lines are available. These include Rios' open editions called "Moments;" unframed wrap-around canvas lithographs; and "Reflections," which are framed open-edition canvas lithographs.
