LAKE TAHOE, CA -- Tails by the Lake, a specialty shop for dogs and cats, and Black Diamond Wine Exchange will host the second annual Art Bark Fest--Animal Art, Wine and Music Festival at the Village at Squaw Valley USA on Sept. 17-18. Currently the only animal-themed arts festival in the country, the event combines the love of art with the love of animals. Art Bark Fest features more than SO artists displaying artworks ranging from fine jewelry to crystal sculptures to oils and watercolors, and more than 10 animal-themed wineries.
