LA CRESCENTA, CA -- Freeplay (www.freeplaymusic.com) recently introduced the Freeplay Music Library, a comprehensive collection of broadcast production music spanning all the popular musical genres. The company currently offers 570 tracks that can be downloaded via the Web or purchased on CD.

Freeplay Music incorporates its patent-pending business model and cue sheet reporting applications to supplement cue sheet reporting of titles to BMI and ASCAP whenever possible. Each track in Freeplay is either watermarked or fingerprinted for this purpose. They currently use Audio Audits Watermark Technology.

The company's technology approach to keeping track of broadcast performances helps track time, date and duration of broadcast performances, giving composers represented in its catalog accuracy in music detection that is more current that today's manual cue sheet reporting methods.

Freeplay is continuing to solicit composers and publishers who would like to have their music distributed and tracked using its business model.
