Post, Nov, 2002

LONDON--5D, whose products include Cyborg Eclipse and Colossus, has closed its doors and is now in the process of liquidating its assets.

Colorfront (www.colorfrontcom), the company behind the color grading system Colossus, will continue to develop the product. Colorfront will have a new release of Colossus by the end of'02.

"A culmination of issues has taken place, which has not been helped by the current market slowdown, resulting in the company's financial situation," reports Marc Dando, managing director of 5D.
