SANTA MONICA -- Stompbox Music and Sound Design, the sister company to Crush Editorial and Voodoo Graphics and Effects, has expanded its operations, promoting Tommy O'Brien to creative director/executive producer and hiring Paul Hurtubise as sound mixer. In addition, the company has also compiled a list of composers that will work under the Stompbox banner. These composers include Gary Myrick, Ben Einziger, Sam Farrar, Steven Morrell, Chris Horvath, John Author and Kevin Hayes.
O'Brien helped found Stompbox in 1998, and had been a freelance composer with the company up until now.

Paul Hurtubise is a mixer, sound designer and composer who has been working in the advertising industry for the last 10 years. He's won a Clio and has worked on projects for Radio Shack, Infiniti, Gateway and Adidas.
