Bauhaus Mirage V.1.2

SAN ANTONIO -- At NAB, Bauhaus (www.bauhaussoftware.com) showed Mirage V. 1.2 for Mac OS X and Windows, a paint, animation and visual effects tool. Mirage integrates realtime video paint, animation and effects functionalities into one product, giving visual artists the freedom to explore creative ideas and techniques. Suitable for resolutions ranging from HDTV and film to Web video, Mirage is designed to complement existing packages such as Apple's Final Cut Pro and Shake.

Cartoon and 2D animators use Mirage as a unified paint and effects solution, allowing them to sidestep traditional scan/ink/paint workflows and work from digital pencil tests to final product within a single unified environment. Mirage V.1.2 also includes new Roto-Tracking tools.

Mirage for OS X and Windows is available immediately for $895.
