TORONTO -- Post production was recently I completed on 20th Century Fox's Wrong Turn, starring Desmond Harrington, Eliza Dushku, Emmanuelle Chriqui and Jeremy Sisto. The Stan Winston film, which was released on May 30th, is reminiscent of '70s horror flicks and centers around a group of teens that get lost in the woods of West Virginia.
The film was shot in and around Toronto, with many of its parks and outlying wilderness doubling as West Virginia. Stan Winston Studio designed and created makeup effects for the film. Acme FIX and Mr. X handled special effects and visual effects, respectively.

Sound design and mixing was handled by Deluxe Toronto with Sound Dogs Toronto providing additional services, including dialogue editing, ADR, Foley and music editing. The score was recorded at the Bastyr Center in Kenmore, WA, by Open Hand Studios, and was mixed at Signet Sound Studios. The electronic score and additional recordings were handled at Forte Miuzika Studios.
1741 created the main titles, and Film Effects Inc. handled the digital opticals and end titles.
