Radium launches design division

Post, June, 2004

SANTA MONICA -- Digital effects studio Radium (www.radium.com), with locations in Santa Monica and San Francisco, has launched a new design division. The new venture is staffed with eight designers, including Tuesday McGowan, Sebastian Harms, Christopher Wargin, Melinda Tidwell, Lisa Overton, Lisa Berghout, Stacy Nimmo, and Christopher Kirk, all of whom are well versed in a range of mediums.

While Radium has offered design capabilities in the past, says co-founder/creative director Jonathan Keeton, the new division affords clients a variety of design styles. The designers have the ability to work in tandem with other Radium artists in the 3D department and with compositors, as well as work in Adobe After Effects. Together they have contributed to high-profile projects for Target, Progressive and Macy's.
