ONTARIO, CANADA -- Ask Video Interactive Media (www.askvideo.com) is offering a new DVD training series that covers Steinberg's Cubase 4 music creation and production system. Level I is part of a three-part series and costs $55.

Ask Video founder and Steinberg product specialist Steve Kostrey presents more than 30 videos covering basic set-up, tools, audio and MIDI recording, editing and mixing. The tutorial covers everything users need to know to get comfortable with Cubase's new interface, including the Project Page, Transport, Tracks and Track Presets. Recording audio, MIDI recording and looping are also covered, as are editing, the mixer, arranging and key commands. The tool concludes with chapters on workspaces and managing audio with Steinberg's new Media Bay technology.
