These custom designed systems are for high throughput powder coating. Counterflow spray/immersion wash and rinse stages, zinc/iron phosphate immersion pretreatment and an overhead cure oven are contained in a singe space saving unit. Parts are lowered and raised out of all process tanks simultaneously before indexing to the next stage in unison.

The Sliderail Square Transfer system offers higher load limits and lower water, chemical and utilities consumption than a monorail system of equal capacity, according to the manufacturer. The system also includes integral dryoff and cure ovens. It has PLC controls with automatic transfer devices and an indexing carousel conveyor for stationary loading and unloading.
