This is is a purely entertaining read and a true urban novel filled with vivid images of the street. Blue sets the story in Harlem end has created vivid, tangible characters whether they are male, female, or transvestite! Blue creates a strong female protagonist--many times missing from urban novels--in Silver Jones.
