After the success of their romance book imprint Arabesque, the first line of original African-American romance novels from a major publishing house, BET Books has launched Sepia, a bold new imprint featuring fiction from award-winning authors as well as new voices. Sepia offers contemporary African-American stories that reflect the cultural spectrum.

The first five launched titles include three trade paperback and two mass-market titles. Currently Sepia has over 20 authors. Linda Gill Cater is Vice President of BET Books and Glenda Howard is the Senior Editor (pictured at left).
