The Keith Haring Foundation has expanded its "haringkids" Web site (www.haringkids.com), which now includes e-cards, interactive lesson plans and enhanced search criteria. Focusing on diverse visual-arts based curricula for grades K-12, the lesson plans section has been expanded to include creative education for all grades and fields of study.
An assortment of e-cards featuring exuberant Keith Haring images has been added to encourage communication skills. Search criteria have been expanded and refined to allow easier access to age-specific or subject-related lesson plans and other haringkids features. The Web site was created in 1989 to continue artist Keith Haring's (1958-1990) work, and is a testament to the commitment on the part of the Keith Haring Foundation to provide unique art-education experiences to children and further the accessibility of Keith Haring's art to an international audience.
