Inspiring Journey: Lewis and Clark through the Eyes of the Artist, a new two-part videotape from CRIZMAC ART & CULTURAL EDUCATION MATERIALS, presents a visual journey that converges history with art as it shows works by artists both from the past and present. Actual scenery is shown along with costumed actors re-enacting parts of this historic expedition.
The second part depicts artist Ron Ukrainetz as he makes a historical painting inspired by the expedition. He works on location and then adds finishing touches to his painting in his studio. For more information visit www.crizmac.com or circle No. 396 on the Reader Service Card.
