Arts & Activities,  Oct, 2004

STAEDTLER[R] has introduced several new graphic design tools. The Artist Portfolio helps graphic art students to protect and transport their artwork and creative designs. The slimline portfolio is made of flexible, durable plastic and features an integrated handle that will not tear. The portfolio can accommodate artwork or sketch pads up to 18" x 24" and is waterproof, stain resistant and acid-free. Color Wheels are a "must have" for every art and graphic design student. The pocket-sized Color Wheel includes Gray Scale, Tints, Tones, Shades, Results of Mixing Colors and Illustrations of color harmonies. It also defines primary, secondary, warm and cool colors, with easy-to-follow instructions and definitions printed directly on the face. Artist's Tape can be used for numerous applications such as design, art, craft, school projects, charts, graphs, and signs. The tape features a cardboard ring that fits on most standard tape dispensers and tears easily without the use of scissors, and is acid free and removable. Available in white or black. For more information, circle No. 387 on the Arts & Activities Reader Service Card.
