Second Annual Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day - Arts Update - Brief Article

Arts & Activities, April, 2002

Sunday, April 28, 2002, is the Second Annual Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day (WPPD). Pinhole photographers from around the world are invited to participate in the event, which will be seen in an exhibition on the Internet. Pinhole photographers use lens-less cameras fashioned from any light-tight container, such as a simple oatmeal box.

Photographers will make pinhole photographs during the 24-hour period of April 28, and then submit entries to the coordinating team for publication in the WPPD online gallery. To learn more about this event, visit www.pinholeday.org.
