MPI HOME VIDEO has released the original production A Stitch in Time--an entertaining, tongue-in-cheek look at the fashion trends of the 20th century. Produced in cooperation with Taxi Video Brousse and La Cinquieme in France, along with images from the WPA Film Library's 20th-century archives, A Stitch in Time, explores how political, technological, cultural and social changes have an impact on the way we dress.

Among the episodes are: If the Shoe Fits (Shoes); A Head for Fashion (Hats); Breaking the Rules (Sportswear); Out of the Rain (Raincoats); The Cat's Pajamas (Pajamas); Bib and Bonnet Beauties (Children) and Off the Cuff (Men's Fashions).
