As may be expected, this new CD-ROM from Wilton meets their high standards of excellence and practicality. A wide array of artwork from around the world and throughout history is included in over 50 sequential teaching units, providing hours of learning and enjoyment for the student. The main lessons focus on five themes: "Bovines--Bulls, Cows and Bison"; "Oh, Deer!"; "Creatures in Camouflage"; "Feathers, Fish and Fur"; and "Horses." Students may click on different icons such as: "In Our World," which connects art with the world around us; "Artists' Stories" about the lives and art of a number of artists; "Bright Ideas," which links the artwork to science, math and social studies; and "Puzzles and Games." Teachers may print out a guide for their use.--B.H. For information about this program, circle No. 389 on the Reader Service Card.
