Topic: RSS FeedHow we feel about art - Brief Article
Arts & Activities, Jan, 2002 by Carol Daniel
One day, as I was circulating around my classroom, helping my middle-school kids, I overheard some of them discussing their feelings about art. Listening to their wonderful ideas made me think how fun it might be to find out how all of my students felt about art.
So, the last day of the quarter I asked each student to try to put their feeling about art into one sentence. I was so impressed with their ideas that I decided it would be a great idea to create a poster we could share with others.
Our art posters are now on display everywhere ... in our superintendent's office, all of our district schools, schools in other districts, and in our community. Needless to say, my students are very proud of their creation. We would like to share it with you.
