The Swedish software company Frango AB said today (2 December) that it had entered into a strategic alliance with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in Germany.
Under the alliance agreement Frango is to acquire Cap Gemini Ernst & Young's German software division PC-Konsol as well as supply financial management software and related services to Cap Gemini Ernst & Young's customers.
The agreement, regarded as a breakthrough for Frango in Germany, is expected to be worth some SEK20m in 2003.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
