The Swedish computer telephony integration products and services provider Netwise AB has received an order for its contact management solution CMG 6.0 from the engineering group ABB in Norway.
The CMG solution is to support ABB's existing switch system comprising Ericsson MD110, Meridian and Cisco Callmanager and will be used by some 10,000 employees.
The value of the contract has not been disclosed.
