The Finnish telecommunications group Sonera and the Swedish consultant firm Oculos have agreed to collaborate in Sweden.
The two companies hope to offer customised customer relationship management (CRM) services to their Swedish customers. This will be done by combining the CRM systems Sonera's Juxto subsidiary offers as an application service provision (ASP) service with Oculos' consultancy services, such as process development, education and integration.
