Teligent issues profit warning

The Swedish telecomms solutions provider Teligent AB warned today (2 July) that extraordinary cost measures to increase efficiency would lead to a lower than expected profit in the second fiscal quarter.
Incurred costs for workforce reductions and the change of CEO had amounted to SEK11m. Additionally, depreciations for immaterial assets would total SEK18m.
Teligent will announce its half-year results on 18 July.
