The Swedish computer telephony integrator Netwise AB said today (11 June) that it had received a contract for a new central telephony support system from the Swedish retail group ICA.
The Netwise Contact Management system was to be used by some 7,000 users and would support 15 telephone exchanges within the ICA group, Netwise said.
The contract was valued at approximately SEK1.50m.
