Finland's Raisio Group has signed an agreement to purchase Rhodia's stake in Latexia SA.
Rhodia reportedly holds a 50% stake in the company and the deal also includes Rhodia's latex assets in Brazil, France, Indonesia and Spain. Under the agreement, Raisio will be the sole owner of the global paper coating operations run by Latexia.
The deal has an estimated enterprise value of EUR75m.
