The pan-Nordic financial services provider Nordea has selected technology from US-based Computer Associates International Inc for the management of its IBM DB2 databases.
Nordea is replacing its existing database administration tools with Computer Associates' Unicenter database management solutions. The Unicenter solutions will be applied to both the z/OS and OS/390 mainframe systems from IBM that the bank uses across its IT environment.
The financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
