The Dutch energy group Nuon said on Wednesday (13 November) that it had increased its stake in the German electricity trading company Energieunion by acquiring the Norwegian company Hafslund ASA's 48% stake.
The deal makes Nuon majority shareholder in Energieunion with a 75.1% holding.
No financial details were disclosed.
