The Danish property developer TK Development A/S said today (18 November) that it had concluded an agreement under which GE Capital Real Estate would acquire 80% of the share capital of a holding company representing four shopping centres in the Czech Republic.
The agreement also covered cooperation in the further development of the shopping centres until they were ready for selling to a new investor, TK Development said.
The agreement related to the Futurum shopping centres in Kralove, Ostrava and Brno, and Hana Shopping Center in Olomouc.
No financial details were disclosed.
