The Swedish contractor Percy Nilsson Byggnads AB (PNB Group) said today (21 November) that it had entered into an agreement to sell its subsidiary PNB Communication AB to Flextronics Network Services.
PNB Communication builds city networks. The transaction affects operations in Malmo, Stockholm and Gothenburg with a total of 170 employees.
In connection with the agreement PNB Group's subsidiary PNB Entreprenad AB also signed a cooperation agreement with Flextronics Network Services.
No financial details were disclosed.
