The Swedish telecommunications solutions provider Ericsson said today (6 November) that the Swedish police had arrested three of its employees or former employees on suspicion of espionage or industrial espionage.
The persons arrested were suspected of having provided confidential business information to a foreign power, Ericsson said.
According to Ericsson the damages were limited.
None of the suspects had held key positions within Ericsson, the company added.
