CapMan reveals new business structure

CapMan, a Nordic private equity investor, has announced a reorganisation plan to change from multiple country organisations to an organisation that covers the Nordic region.
The new structure will include three Nordic business units - Buy-out, Technology and Life Science - and two support units - Group Finance and Administration - as well as Group Development.
The new organisation stepped into force from 2 September.
