JM AB signs SEK90m rental contract with DHL

The Swedish property developer JM AB said on Wednesday (13 August) that it had signed a five-year rental agreement with the transport and logistics company DHL regarding some 7,400 square metres of an office property in Solna, Sweden.
DHL will use the offices as its new Nordic headquarters.
The five-year contract is worth some SEK90m.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.08 British pounds (GBP).
