Finnish-Swedish IT company TietoEnator Corporation said on Wednesday (10 December) that it had signed a contract with Finnish municipal energy company Lappeenranta Energy Ltd to deliver the PowerGrid network management system to enhance the company's electricity network design capabilities and documentation management and to provide better control of condition data and task management.
The network management system would improve network management and facilitate the planning of investments and modifications, according to the company.
