Visma ASA and ICA Norge AS continue talks regarding outsourcing agreement

Norwegian business software and outsourcing services provider Visma ASA said on Tuesday (16 December) that it had extended a letter of intent with grocery chain ICA Norge AS to complete a framework contract for outsourcing of accounting and consultancy for 430 ICA franchisee stores

"ICA Norge AS and Visma Services Norge AS have agreed to use January 2004 to negotiate and complete the contract," Visma said.

The framework contract is planned to be effective within the second quarter of 2004.
