The Swedish collaborative enterprise software supplier JD Edwards Nordic AB, a subsidiary of the US group JD Edwards, said today (12 February) that it had received an order for its financial system JD Edwards 5 from the Swedish shipping company Stena Line AB.
The order was received through the distributor SYSteam AB, JD Edwards Nordic said.
Stena Line is to use the JD Edwards 5 solution's purchasing and finance modules for its shipping operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Holland, Poland, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
The value of the order was not disclosed.
