FDB acquires IDG Denmark Books

The Danish cooperative retail and wholesale society FDB said on Monday (10 March) that it had acquired the Danish computer books publisher IDG Forlaget (IDG Denmark Books) from IDG Danmark A/S.
The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
IDG Forlaget reported a turnover of approximately DKK20m in 2002.
One Danish krone (DKK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
