Finnish software company Proha Oyj said on Thursday (6 March) that it that it had sold its French subsidiary Artemis France's business operations with the international software company ABC Technologies Inc to an unnamed buyer.
Proha said that it would continue to focus on international portfolio and project management software business.
The value of the sale was EUR0.4m in cash.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.69 British pounds (GBP).
