The Czech securities commission (SEC) has reportedly rejected a bid by Bivideon, a consortium of Deutsche Bank and the Danish telecomms group TDC A/S, for 28% of the shares in the Czech telecomms company Ceske Radiokomunikace (CRa).

SEC had said that it did not approve a CZK245 per share offer by Bivideon as the bid was not appropriately priced, reported the online news service Bluebull.

Bivideon currently holds a 72% stake in CRa.

One Czech koruna (CZK) is worth approximately 0.02 British pounds (GBP).
