The Finnish-Swedish IT company TietoEnator Corporation said on Tuesday (10 August) that its 40%-owned joint venture company Baltic Data Center (BDC) in Lithuania had signed an outsourcing agreement with the Lithuanian mobile operator Omnitel.
Under the five-year agreement, BDC would provide Omnitel with help-desk and onsite support services from 1 September 2004 onwards.
No financial information was provided.
BDC is a joint venture between TietoEnator and the Lithuanian telecomms company AB Lietuvos Telekomas.
