Sweden-based pan-European telecomms company Tele2 AB is reportedly experiencing problems trying to finalise an agreement with SFR to establish a new mobile operator in France.
Unnamed sources quoted by Reuters have said that Tele2 was having difficulty agreeing with SFR, a unit of Vivendi Universal, on prices.
