TietoEnator sells its parish software products to Innofactor Ltd

Finnish-Swedish IT company TietoEnator Corporation said on Wednesday (15 December) that it had signed an agreement with the Finnish software company Innofactor Ltd on the sale of TietoSirius software products, developed for parishes of the Finnish church.
The agreement would be effective as of 1 January 2005, on which date five people would transfer to Innofactor as current employees.
As a result of the transaction Innofactor becomes the largest operator in the parish sector in Finland, TietoEnator said.
The transaction price was not disclosed.
