The Swedish private equity company Bure Equity AB said on Monday (20 December) that its subsidiary CR&T Ventures AB had divested its holding in Appgate Network Security AB.
The holding was acquired by a group of private investors for an undisclosed sum.
According to Bure Equity the deal was in line with its strategy of reducing its exposure to venture capital.
