NORDIC BUSINESS REPORT-6 February 2004-SAS and LFF union fail to reach collective bargaining agreement(C)1994-2004 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD http://www.m2.com
Collective bargaining talks in Denmark between Scandinavian airline SAS and the airline workers' union LFF have broken down.
The two sides have been holding talks for several months without reaching agreement and they have now applied for arbitration proceedings, reported the Danish news agency Ritzau.
SAS presented a proposal to LFF on Wednesday (4 February) but it was rejected, with the union claiming that it offered worse conditions for workers and no vision of job security.
